The basic concept has been used by the auto industry and other manufacturers for many years. Madray has simply applied their manufacturing standardization and assembly technology to The Component System.
The ease of assembly drastically reduces construction time and cost, minimizes skilled labor and expensive training programs. The standardization of the Component System and the utilization of the latest technology provide unlimited design capabilities (within U.S. building standards) for homes, schools, churches, hospitals, and other residential and commercial structures. The products are recyclable, straight, lightweight, strong, fire and rust resistant, impervious to termites and environmentally compatible for future generations. Madray Steel Systems has developed and patented the only pre-engineered light gauge steel connector plate system in the United States today, plus holds multiple international patents. The steel connector plates have a pre-engineered hole pattern that corresponds with the repetitive hole pattern on both sides of the structural Cee-Channels. This method provides the versatility and strength needed to assemble various residential and commercial structures as well as various truss lengths and roof pitches, while eliminating unnecessary measuring, squaring and cutting. The system has four basic profiles, cold formed from 20 gauge galvanized steel. The first two profiles are 2" x 3" and 2" x 6" structural Cee-Channels manufactured with a repetitive hole pattern on all four sides. Both profiles have a track member with a matching hole pattern on three sides. The track members are used for boxing the Cee-Channels to increase their strength and they serve as a method of connection.

Buildings & Homes (Back to Top) Our comprehensive service starts with a set of building plans. The owner, or builder of their choice, provides us with a set of blueprints for their structure. Our engineers take those plans and enter them into our AutoCAD computer system.
The computer calculates every member of the framing system for that building. Those specifications are then sent to the Computer Controlled equipment and every component is formed and cut to exact specifications. This eliminates virtually all onsite cutting. The framing is then palletized and shipped to the building location where it is erected by the builder. Our service also includes on site consultation as necessary. In addition to the above full service, we also sell raw stock to contractors or individuals. Many contractors use our product as replacement studs in existing structures and prefer to order a quantity of 8’studs, 10’ studs, etc.
