About Us

We are located in central Florida. Our close proximity to interstate and at least three major shipping ports insures that we can ship our product to you no matter where you are.

MAP

We have sold buildings and structures around the United States and the world (i.e. Africa, Brazil, British West Indies, Egypt, Latin America, Philippines and the US Virgin Islands… OVER 44 COUNTRIES). In fact, this product is an outstanding resource for developing countries. The pre-punched studs and connectors make proper assembly as easy as counting holes. Our staff often travels to foreign countries and is very successful at teaching untrained workers how to erect these structures overcoming any language barriers.

We have found in other parts of the world one resource that is readily available is labor. By setting up an assembly line type work flow and training people how to do one small step, complete novices are very quickly assembling walls then trusses then buildings.

"Whatever you can build out of wood, we can build out of steel. Steel is termite resistant, noncombustible and more durable."

“The steel fabrication techniques cut labor costs tremendously and can save 10 to 25 percent over the cost of conventional construction.”

"To begin with, in the basic structure the material cost per square foot for our system is less than that of wood or block construction. Therefore you save on labor due to the short time involved and the size of framing crew needed. Finally, you even save money on interest with monies borrowed from the bank due to shorter construction time."

"...one day, steel will dominate residential construction. And why shouldn't it? It doesn't warp, split, crack or creep. It doesn't burn and it doesn't contribute fuel to a fire. It can't be consumed by termites and it doesn't provide a home for various other pests and organisms. It is stronger, straighter, more dimensionally stable and more uniform in quality and performance. Its price doesn't vary daily and you don't have to cut down 200-year old trees to use it. In short, it is a better building material and houses built with steel are better than those framed with wood." Metal Home Digest

About the Building Process

Step by Step

(top of page)

The first step for a new project is to enter the plans into our computer systems. The computer calculates every framing piece required in that structure.

Madray Steel's patented component system consists of a unique method of precisely piercing rolled steel to form an exact hole pattern. This "punched" steel is then mechanically formed and cut to the exact specifications needed.

Here you can see the steel coming through the punch machine.

Working at very high speed, the roll former then forms, squares and cuts the metal to the precise length needed.

All of the framing, connectors, and fasteners are delivered on site.

The first floor frame is completed then concrete is poured into the track. This method creates an amazingly strong foundation and wind load.

Workers using screw guns assemble the various parts. These parts are then connected using Madray Steel's patented connector system. No jigs are required.

Workers build the frame of the structure - both interior and exterior walls, trusses and joists. As each piece is secured to another, the frame becomes very rigid and very strong. The pre punched steel makes assembly nearly effortless.

Finishers complete the structure with a varied assortment of siding and roofing materials, drywall and wood moldings.

Any finished product can be attached to the structure's lightweight steel frame.
